5.0 Templates updates

• Fix deprecated buttons
• Add tests for JavaScript and WebP support
• Update DCF: dcf-measure -> dcf-w-max-sm, -md, -lg
• Add tmp.scss files

GoURL Hit Counter

• Number of redirects now added to "Your Go URLs" page table
• Future addition will be "reset" button to re-start counter after testing

Drupal 8 updates

• May 1 release of Drupal 8.7.0, lots of new key features in core: Media, Layout Builder, Migrations from Drupal 7 supported, Key contrib modules like Webform are now stable
