  • Emails that are submitted through UNLchat on websites now have a different subject line. Additionally, the contents of the email have been rearranged to prioritize the message over metadata.

  • Added a configuration option to auto send transcripts to the site email address. This is a beta feature for integration with external ticket systems.

  • Chat transcripts that are emailed to clients now have the reply-to set to the answering site email address
