UNLedu 4.1 FRAMEWORK: HEADLINES
- Home page headline over 'hero' video content is in H1. Perhaps a 4.1 framework change will allow better content hierarchy to be expressed in markup
- From Terms of Use, Line 305, Column 32: Consider using the h1 element as a top-level heading only (all h1 elements are treated as top-level headings by many screen readers and other tools).
