Add New Members to WebAudit

I am attempting to add a new faculty member to a WebAudit site, however when I go through ‘Add a Member’ their info doesn’t show up or populate.

They either need to log into WebAudit because their user is not in the system yet, or they have a user in WebAudit and they have their user set to private which will make them not show up in that user search.

Can I use WebAudit on a site that's not in the UNL Framework?

Web Audit cannot, but the Web Accessibility Evaluator can.

UNL CMS Workshops

  • Self-guided review of documentation and introductory training video required for attendance.
  • Request sandbox site access at https://cms.unl.edu/sandbox-site-access-request/
  • Monthly workshops on Zoom offered on the 2nd Thursday of each month @ 2 p.m. and are open to anyone who has a question about UNL CMS or just wants guidance on best practices for building pages.
  • RSVP for a UNL CMS Workshop

WebAudit Metrics

  • Slightly revision in how scores are being reported this month.
  • WATCH YOUR LINKS! With all sites live in the new system, some links may have changed. CMS sites have a built-in page (ReportsTop 'page not found' errors) that shows a list of URLs that users are visiting that result in Not Found being shown.

CMS updates

Will be live on sites February 11, 2026:

  • Reusable Blocks
    • Components created through the block tab can now be reusable across different pages.
  • Vertical alignment of components
    • Users can now vertically center align all components within a section. This setting is found under the advanced section configuration settings.
  • Scheduler Module:
    • Ability to schedule content to be published or unpublished at a future time. The process runs every 30 minutes, so please keep that in mind if you’re scheduling content to change within a shorter window.
  • Google Tag (Google Analytics) will be excluded from loading for any user that has a role on the site
    • Will prevent admin pages and non-relevant hits from being logged
  • MathJax Module
    • Enable MathJax support within CKEditor for rendering mathematical formulas.
